1. Applicant must be the car owner

2. Aged between 25 and 65 (inclusive)

3. Holders of Hong Kong Driving licence for over two years

4. Not engaged in the business/occupation of: car sales, car repair, entertainment, gambling, media, nightclubs, students, editors, journalists, or unemployed.

5. Not cancelled or denied cover by any insurance company.

6. Have not more than 6 driving offence points recorded in the past 2 years.

7. Have not been convicted of careless driving, dangerous driving , suspended or revoked of driving licence by Government Authority and have not reported or filed any claim in the past 3 years.

1. has not been modified that deviates from the manufacturer's standard specifications;

2. is in good working order;

3. is not to be used for providing driving instruction, any purpose related to motor trade for hire or reward racing pace-making reliability trial speed testing rideshare delivery ride-sharing ride-hailing.
